Returns and exchanges policy
All Culture Products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
If there is a problem with an order
In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our merchant support team within 10 days of product delivery. We offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
